2. UK Mainland Delivery Times

Orders placed before 1pm (13:00) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm may not be dispatched until the following day.

Please allow 2-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery.

If you are in the UK and have not received your item within 4 working days of completion of your order, you must notify us on the 5th working day so we can resolve the delay for you.

For international orders weighing below 2kg (4.4lbs) delivery is by Recorded International Airmail.

For orders weighing more than 2kg delivery is by International Courier.

Please note that all customers outside of the EU may have to pay local import duties/sales taxes on the value of their order. Sports Supplements Ltd are not liable for customs seizures and customers outside of the EU are responsible for checking products are permitted for import into their country.

4. International Delivery Times

Orders sent via International Recorded Airmail take between 3-7 working days to arrive.

Orders sent via International Courier take between 2-7 days to arrive.

If you are an international customer and you have not received your order after 8 working days, please contact us so we can resolve the delay for you.

Please note: Even though international orders generally take 2-7 days they can take upto 28 days to arrive. Until 28 days have passed we cannot reship orders unless we know for certain that they are lost, stolen or damaged.

5. Additional Delivery Details

All our deliveries require a signature for proof of receipt of goods. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as “damaged”. You must then notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery. We CANNOT accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature.

Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Best Protein Supplement Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the courier direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional delivery costs.

6. Returns/Replacements/Cancellations

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the web site for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the delivery costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt, we will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Best Protein Supplement Ltd will only accept the return of opened items if they are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer of the item.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.
